
We began producing green tea without pesticides more than 40 years ago in 1970 out of a desire to contribute to people's health and maintain a clean environment for future generations. Our aim is not to produce tea that is pleasing to the eye or that can be mass produced but to deliver organically grown tea to our customers based on the concept of healthiness and environmental friendliness.
Currently, besides our many customers in Japan, our organically grown tea is enjoyed by people in 31 countries, including the United States and Europe.
We have obtained Organic JAS, JONA and NOP certification as well as Europe's strict Ecocert certification. Our own proprietary check system for residual pesticide analysis and bacteria testing is used in combination with ISO 2200 certification in our group of business partners to establish a system that offers actual visual certification that our products are safe and reliable. We will continue these and other efforts to ensure a stable supply of real organic tea that our customers can consume with peace of mind.
